What to Know before You Purchase Plants

• The mature height and width of the plant
• How much sunlight does the plant need?
• Can the plant grow well in your zone? (What is your zone?)
• What kind of soil and drainage does it need?

You can find out much of this information just by reading the tag on the plants at the nursery. For further questions, don't be afraid to ask the people who work at the nursery for help before you buy.
